The Diamond Plan provides discounts of between 30-40% on covered services. Our PERFECT TEETHTM Dental Plan patients receive a 20% discount on specialty services. When enrolling in the Diamond Plan you have access to the greatest discounts and have the option of paying monthly or annually.
